this song was the first track i wrote specifically for this EP. My fingers hurt and valor were technically written first but their original intentions were for other projects that didnt pan out. the writing of this song for rhythm guitars came to me very quickly but the leads took a long time. it took a while for something to come naturally . i recorded this song with both my es335 and my fender tele. a lot of parts were a blend of the two tones i got. i used my axefx for the tones.Nick Johnston was a huge inspiration for my leads on this song. Grant plays the leads at 0:21 and 1:51. the rest of the 6 string guitar is me.
