I approach the way i write music differently when i'm playing an acoustic guitar as opposed to my usual electrics and i really wanted to showcase that. I had a lot of fun with the acoustic work i did on my last album "With Vigor" and i wanted to expand on it a bit more with a dedicated acoustic project. I used an open E-flat tuning on each song not only for consistency but as a way to bring depth to my simple writing style on these songs.
